What is EMS personal training?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Training

EMS training is based on the fact that the practitioner puts on a special suit equipped with electrodes, which is connected to a control device that generates electrical impulses. They cause cyclical contractions of muscles, including deep muscles.
Each EMS training session is carried out under the supervision of a trained trainer who deals with only one person.


EMS training lasts only 20 minutes, and thanks to the fact that almost all muscles, including deep muscles, are active during it,this is equivalent to 90 minutes of intensive training in the gym.
